Not a sequel, but a prequel, DE:HR puts you into the near future (2027) as Adam Jensen, who becomes the resident super cop, after a lab massacre at the company he’s been assigned to protect. As another D.O.A. Jensen is saved by Sarif Industries with the help of unwanted, but much needed augmentation surgery, becoming part human, part robot. From this point you are assigned missions required to progress or otherwise to unravel the plot of what is happening at Sarif Industries and beyond.
MOBA: DOTA2 The International is over
DOTA 2 The International
Gamescom is over and so is the first DOTA2 invitational tournament. One team walked away with a life changing $1,000,000. If you were unfortunate enough to not be able to watch it live, Valve have all the matches archived and available for viewing on the official website. The level of play on show was top draw and whilst I don’t agree with the inflated winnings for such a small invitational, it was a great marketing tool to not only show off DOTA2, but to also show how much competition and spectator support this game will receive. Bastion Video Review
What with the recent release of Bastion on Steam I’ve done another video review. It’s a terrific title and the soundtrack is just as good. Here’s an excerpt:
With enemies and fragments a plenty you play through a damaged world battling to collect the core pieces that will restore it. You dodge, shoot and shield your way through a narrated story improving weapons and yourself as you play.
